Blue Lake Detail Services LLC is a licensed and insured mobile automotive detailing company operating in Las Vegas, Nevada. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Blue Lake Detail Services LLC.
Blue Lake Detail Services LLC provides mobile automotive detailing services by appointment only. All services are performed at the client's location, whether a private residence, office, or other designated area.
Service descriptions and pricing are available on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update our service offerings at any time. Current pricing and availability will always be reflected on our website or confirmed directly by our team.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in our Cancellation Policy below. We will make every effort to accommodate scheduling changes when possible.
Prices listed on our website represent starting prices for each service tier. Final pricing is determined by vehicle size, current condition, and the specific services requested. A detailed quote will be provided before any work begins.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, all major credit cards, and digital payment methods. For recurring service agreements, payment terms will be established at the time of enrollment.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you notice an area that was missed or does not meet the standard you expected, contact us within 7 days of service and we will return to address it at no additional charge.
Our same-week touch-up guarantee applies to all standard services. This guarantee covers areas that were included in the original scope of work. Additional services or new concerns outside the original service scope are not covered under this guarantee.
Our team takes every precaution to protect your vehicle during the detailing process. We use professional-grade products, proven techniques, and microfiber materials exclusively to minimize any risk of damage.
However, Blue Lake Detail Services LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, paint defects, clear coat failure, mechanical issues, or conditions that were present prior to service. We strongly recommend disclosing any known vehicle conditions, sensitivities, or areas of concern before service begins.
Our team is fully licensed and insured in the State of Nevada (NV License #2007770010). In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our team during service, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution.
We take your privacy seriously. Personal information collected during the course of business — including your name, address, phone number, email, and vehicle details — will never be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.

Blue Lake Detail Services LLC currently serves Las Vegas, Nevada and surrounding private communities, including Spanish Trail Country Club. We are actively expanding our service area to include additional communities in the Las Vegas valley.
Service area availability is subject to change. If you are unsure whether your location falls within our current service area, please contact us directly and we will be happy to confirm.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund if any deposit was collected. No fees will be charged.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price. This fee accounts for the time, preparation, and scheduling commitment allocated for your appointment.
No-shows — appointments where the client is not available and no prior notice was given — will be charged the full service amount. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will always work with you on a case-by-case basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Lake Detail Services LLC's total liability arising out of or related to the services provided shall not exceed the cost of the specific service in question.
In no event shall Blue Lake Detail Services LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Blue Lake Detail Services LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
